Hi, my name is Adela and I am Health and Fitness Coach.
I help women aged 21 - 50 to change the way they perceive their bodies.
From Physical goals to going deeper and thinking in the 'long run' - her Health.
As someone that shares the pieces of your story and knows and understands how it feels to experience symptoms like:

bloating, inflammation, and water retention

And to make it better I have tried:
Training, up to 3 sessions a day… all kinds of practices like CrossFit, weightlifting, self-paced, online training, in-person coaches, yoga, calisthenics, gymnastics, group classes, YouTube classes, paid sources, free resources, running … all kinds of diets: low fat, keto, vegan, whole30, full fast, dry fast, water fast, intermittent fast, vegetarian, carnivore, meal plan subscriptions, no sugar, no gluten, no carbs, detox, juice detox, you name it I have done it
and thinking that it’s still not enough. I still need to do more?
but there was one thing in this world flooded with information, I still hadn’t tried and go - to finally sit with myself and ask myself but what is it that ‘I really need?’
While looking for things, sources, and suggestions from the outside world, from other people, the ones I know, and the ones I don't know, I ended up completely disconnected from myself.
Our bodies are unique, just like every one of us has her own fingerprint.

Did you ever ask yourself, why is it that in certain weeks you feel high on life feeling you can conquer the world and on other days you don’t feel like seeing anyone? Why some days you trust that you are on the right path and on others you question what is the meaning of all of it? Why some days your thoughts are sharp and others you cannot deliver that portfolio you needed to present at work?
Did you ever wonder why despite all that you do, workout, eat healthy, hydrate… your lower belly fat just wont go away?
The answer lies in your monthly flow, that we learned to shy away from and dismiss. And when we learn about it, tune into it, the flow of hormones holds VALUE and are basically like a little e-book that can guide you to why you feel, think and look like a certain way during certain days of the month.
This is when I created Body Of Knowledge!
To guide every woman that has been running in circles, trying it all, diets, workouts, different trainers, online courses, dietitians, strickt diets, group programms, family and friends suggestions, hey even tried doing nothing at all… and something kept missing.
The real knowledge that fitness industry is missing! The hormonal flow of every woman and how with proper nutrition, correct movements, sleeping patterns, supported environment we can build a relationship WITH our body rather than work against it, and demanding it to look a certain way without giving it support it needs.

I will guide you to change your perception of seeing your body on the outside to tunning into your Health from the inside. You will change the way you perceive your Health and learn to understand that Mind, Emotions, your Beliefs and Physical body work with each other. When one is misaligned, the others will eventually lose balance too. This is your journey to Long Life and Healthy aging.

Empowering Women to Thrive Naturally
My journey to movement began when I was 6 years old. As a gymnastics lover, I engaged at a competitive level and later continued with indoor volleyball. Regardless of what I did in life, movement and sports are something I could not imagine my day without.
Yet, something was still missing, which kept me going to find out more - more about my body.
It turned out to be deep health that connects various elements of our lifestyle - stress, hormones, sleep, circadian health, menstruation cycles, and mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
That is when I started to heal holistically and realized that the body alone cannot achieve its optimal health, if & when it is not in alignment with it’s mental, emotional & spiritual state.
What I do?
My passion is to empower women with the knowledge of body that elevates them in better understanding of their bodies to find their path on a health, fitness, and spiritual journey.
